nice things that people have said
"Victoria is an absolute star. Commanding the stage - solo - for 1hr 45 minutes, switching effortlessly between characters. Funny, moving and always captivating, she is simply astonishing."
- The Stage
Nicely self-deprecating, joking about her age, her Uber rating and her acting career – you might have seen her as a paramedic in The Diplomat as long as you didn't blink. She is also hard of hearing...which means safe words can be an issue for her, but a funny punchline for us.
Beyond the Joke
His fellow cast members are equally impressive, particularly Victoria Blunt who glides effortlessly from Cardiff’s slow-thinking and even slower-typing carer-cum-PA Lucy to the hot-to-trot Lauren Bacall and the shimmering Marilyn Monroe."
- The Scotsman
"Young Victoria Blunt can change from Lucy - a gangly, waif-like, well meaning but tactless carer to the sex goddess Marilyn Monroe at the drop (or tilt) of a hat."
- British Theatre Guide
Blunt makes a tremendous trio alongside co-stars Daniel Clarkson and Brendan Murphy. She plays "sassy Marion and deceptive Elsa, and has lip-smacking fun as a wizened Keeper of the Grail.
The Times
"It was the outstanding protrayal and diversity shown in the acting from Victoria Blunt as Audrey that stood out. Blunt gave it her all in every scene and every role she portrayed, potentially even in danger of stealing the thunder from the main man Miles Jupp"
- Gloucester Live
She’s a vivacious presence, and having too much to talk about is a nice problem to have.
- Chortle
"Blunt gives a show-stealing, scenery-chewing turn as Bottom, balancing daft comic chops with swaggering charisma, careening between egotism and idiocy."
- The Stage
"Bottom as a woman? Victoria Blunt's beaming, expansive Northern lass, channelling Victoria Wood, Gracie Fields and with simply her own delightful sense of fun, make it hard for me to imagine a male Bottom now."
